Chick flick reviews

I NEVER go to the movies but in the past month I have been to see Made of Honor and last night I was lucky enough to get a sneak peak to see the Sex and the City movie. (Thanks Elisa!) Most men wouldn't step foot in either of these theaters but somehow I got Eric and his whole family to go see Made of Honor when we were down in FL. Save your money on this one girls! This chick flick sucked.
On the flip side, Sex and the City was fantastic! In fact, I want to see it again! No, Eric didn't go with me but as much as he would argue it, I really think he would like it. If you were a fan of the show (or even if you weren't) you will love it. Oh and one more thing- after watching the reruns on TBS, you forget how much that version is cleaned up compared to HBO. The movie is pretty vulgar so don't go with your grandma! Rated R for a reason people.

Owner of a Lonely Sock

Seriously, where in the world do those other socks go? My old roommate in college used to safety pin all of his socks together before he put them in the wash and we used to make fun of him. It sounds like a pretty good idea. now. If we ever get a new washer/dryer, I'm positive that I'm going to find a sock collection large enough to supply Room in the Inn for the winter. I can never figure out how they get separated. I normally take off my shoes in the same room. As I was folding clothes and venting about this to Rachel, she made me laugh out loud when she said that I was the owner of lonely sock. Then, we started singing...

Miserableness, NKOTB, and pics

Only 6 weeks left and I am feeling pretty stinkin miserable at this point. My feel are so swollen they don't fit in any of my shoes. I had to go out and buy new ones...which was a little fun for me! I think I am going to stick with flip flops from here on out. I have been trying to stay off my feet for the most part which means catching up on Oprah episodes and surfing the net...Here is something that brightened my day

Happy Birthday to Rachel!

Happy Birthday Rachel!!!

Today is Rachel's 27th birthday. To celebrate, we got Chili's takeout and watched American Idol (Rachel's idea, not mine! She is almost 8 months pregnant after all. ). Did anyone see David Archuletta trying to sing Chris Brown? That was just plain embarrassing to all white men around the world.

We got back from 7 days in Florida last night. We'll post some photos soon.

The Last Hurrah...

Today we are heading to Florida to take our last vacation before Mason is born. We are going to Ft. Myers, and hopefully will take a couple of day trips to Naples and Sanibel Island. I hope to get at least a start of a tan and relax by the pool as much as possible. I have lots of magazines and books I have saved up for this trip. After a weekend full of wedding festivities and a baby shower we are ready to get away and relax. Below are some pictures of our weekend.
