Myla's 1st Birthday

Egg Hunt and the zoo

Last weekend we met our Sunday school class at a park and had an Easter egg hunt for the little ones. Myla was more interested in her graham cracker than the eggs but Mason had a great time.

Tomorrow is Easter and the baskets are full. Myla and I had the stomach virus this week so for the 2nd year in a row we won't be going to church. (Last year she was a week old and in the hospital for a high fever). Thankfully, our family has agreed to risk being around our possible lingering germs to include us in lunch and an afternoon celebration. I am sad we can't go to church with Eric and Mason but thankful we aren't in a hospital bed this year.

I finally got a zoo membership and am so excited to take the kids this year. Myla could care less but Mason loved it. We went with Mason's friend Kennedy from school and her brother Cannon. The dinosaur exhibit was a hit with the boys but not so much the girls.
